Corporate Yoga / Group Yoga
Get a group of friends/employees together and we will hold a class in your home or office.

Once a week or once a month, the choice is yours.  Enjoy the individualized attention to get your
practice started or to take it to the next level.

A visual practice guide, with pictures of all the asanas, can be arranged for your own personal
practice in between sessions.

Semi-private, two people or more in your home,split the cost and share a class with a friend.

Cancellation Policy
Classes cancelled  48 hours prior to the session will be rescheduled at no charge.
Classes cancelled  within 48 hours of session will be subject to forfeit.  Please understand that
Cathy can not replace the class at the last minute and payment is appreciated and expected.

About Cathy

Cathy Mandrioli, RYT

Cathy Mandrioli, Registered Yoga Teacher.  Cathy has practiced for 20+ years on her
own, but took her practice to a much deeper level when she began to practice in a group
setting.  The energy generated in a structured yoga class can be incredibly invigorating
and inspiring.  As she discovered the pleasures and benefits of  a group practice, she
became hooked and a regular at On The Mat Power Yoga in Concord, MA.

Cathy completed her 200 hour Teacher Training with Devashi: Steven Hartman and
Megha: Nancy Buttenheim at The Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, MA.
She also completed David Magones' Prana Vayu 200 hour Teacher Training.   David was
the 2006 winner of the Best of Boston Yoga Teacher Award.
Workshops and classes  include David Magone, Doug Keller, Rolf Gates, Natasha
Riapoulous, Rod Stryker,  Noah Levin ,and Sudha Corolyn Lundeen.  

Cathy has also assisted a program of study of the Bhagavad Gita at Kripalu with
Kripalu  Director of Teacher Training, Devarshi /Steven Hartman and Satya Narayam
of the Jiva Institute, India.
Cathy completed her Restorative Teacher Training with Sudha Carolyn Lundeen at
Kripalu in January 2010. She returns to Kripalu regularly to assist Sudha.

Cathy especially enjoys sharing her love of yoga with new students, and those using yoga
as a healing therapy.  Based on her personal experience of supplementing her treatment
for a serious medical condition with asanas, she is also committed to helping others
evolve their practice of yoga to take care of their bodies and their spirits.
Cathy is registered with the California Yoga Alliance and is currently pursuing her 500
hour teacher training certificate..

Jill began her yoga practice 13 years ago as a way to work through a back
injury. Through yoga, she found the power to manage her pain, and as a result
fell in love with the practice. Over the years, she increased the frequency of
her classes and began to explore different teachers and styles, leading to
her love of vinyasa. Her teaching style ranges from a gentle stretch, through
a moderate slow flow, to an invigorating muscle building alignment based
vinyasa. Jill completed her 200 hour teacher training with Natasha Rizopoulos
at Down Under School of Yoga, and plans to continue furthering her yoga
education as soon as she is able. When she is not practicing, Jill enjoys live
music, science fiction, and all things outdoors.
